We sell both. Trampolines Ireland, which runs this site, is an official BERG Premium Dealer and Ireland's only Springfree stockist. BERG is the main brand we sell, so read this knowing that; we have kept to what each trampoline is and what it costs, and left the choice to you.
The two brands take different approaches to the same job. This page compares them on design, shapes and sizes, how they sit in the garden, and price.

The design difference
A BERG trampoline has steel springs between the frame and the jumping mat, covered by a padded protective edge. The springs, mat and edge differ by range; our guide to choosing a BERG has the specification for each.
A Springfree replaces the metal springs with flexible composite rods beneath the mat. It has a SoftEdge mat instead of padding over a steel frame, and its net is held by flexible rods rather than rigid poles.

Springfree trampolines are above ground only, in round, oval and square shapes, from €1,199 to €3,499.

A Springfree may suit you if
- You prefer its design: composite rods beneath the mat, a SoftEdge mat and a net on flexible rods.
- You want an above-ground trampoline and one of its sizes fits your lawn.
- Your budget starts at €1,199 or more.
A BERG may suit you if
- You want the trampoline set into the lawn. InGround and FlatGround are BERG only; see our InGround and FlatGround guide.
- You want a rectangular trampoline, which is not among the Springfree models we stock.
- You want a wider spread of prices, starting at €339.
- Having replacement parts held in stock matters to you.

Do you sell both BERG and Springfree?
Yes. This site is run by Trampolines Ireland, an official BERG Premium Dealer and Ireland's only Springfree stockist. BERG is the main brand we sell. Orders for both are placed on TrampolinesIreland.com.
Can a Springfree be set into the ground?
No. Springfree trampolines are above ground only. If you want a trampoline set into the lawn, BERG makes InGround and FlatGround models.
Is delivery to Northern Ireland free for both brands?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders over €300, which covers every BERG and Springfree trampoline. Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours; otherwise delivery is typically 7 to 10 days.
Which one do you recommend?
It depends on the garden and on which design you prefer, so we do not name a winner. Tell us about the garden in a free consultation and we will suggest sizes in either brand.
